Same Birds

Look here are the leaving birds
Look here are the returning birds

Weeding

Weeding

The gardener shows the seeds
that they are embers

There is a flowerflame sleeping inside them

All things being equal
which they are not

All things which come from the same thing
and are also distinct

A large part of the gardener’s work
is also to discourage growing
without remorse
