"Girl Reading/Leserin," by Karoline Kroiß |
Currently reading and enjoying:
-Why God Is a Woman, Nin Andrews
-In the Garden of the Bridehouse, J. Michael Martinez
-Yearling, Lo Kwa Mei-en (read my review of it here in Bibliohio, along with a recommendation of Michelle Herman’s Like a Song)
-“Report from the Field: On (Not) Reporting Sexual Violence” by Ann Glaviano. I love this new VIDA series!
And you, friends?

I just finished Marcia M. Gallo's " 'No One Helped Me'", about Kitty Genovese (an excerpt from my poem about Geneovese is in the book's Epilogue); am now reading Sarah Helm's book of the women at Ravensbruck, and the poetry collections "The Infinistesimals" (Laura Kasischke) and "Made in Detroit" (Marge Piercy).
